Why add wastage?
Cuts at walls and doorways, pattern matching and the odd breakage all use extra tiles. Allow 10% for a simple straight lay, 15% for patterns, diagonal lays or rooms with many cuts. Ordering it all in one go keeps every tile in the same batch.
