Upgrade the performance of your tile adhesives and levelling compounds with Latex Plus—a high-flexibility polymer admixture designed to enhance elasticity, deformability, and bond strength when mixed with MAPEI Keraquick S1 Zero or Planipatch Xtra. Perfect for demanding installations where movement, temperature changes, or difficult substrates are a concern.

  • Boosts Flexibility: Transforms Keraquick S1 Zero into a highly deformable, crack-bridging adhesive (class C2FT S2).

  • Improves Adhesion: Enhances bond strength on a variety of substrates, including flexible and difficult surfaces.

  • Versatile Use: Can be used with both adhesives (Keraquick S1 Zero) and levelling compounds (Planipatch Xtra).

  • Fast Setting: Maintains the rapid setting properties of the base product while adding extra durability.

Two Main Applications:

A) Latex Plus + Keraquick S1 Zero

  • Creates a fast-setting, slip-resistant, highly deformable tile adhesive.

  • Suitable for interior and exterior ceramic and natural stone tile installations.

  • Ideal for large-format tiles, underfloor heating, and deformable substrates.

  • Mix ratio: 6 kg Latex Plus per 20 kg bag of Keraquick S1 Zero (no water added).

  • Open time: 10–15 minutes; ready for grouting in 2–3 hours.

B) Latex Plus + Planipatch Xtra

  • Produces a flexible, featheredge patching and levelling compound.

  • Perfect for levelling wood, metal, PVC, linoleum, and existing tiles.

  • Can be applied from 3 to 20 mm thick without cracking.

  • Mix ratio: 1.2–1.8 kg Latex Plus per 5 kg Planipatch Xtra.

  • Ready for flooring installation in 12–24 hours.

How to Use:

  1. Prepare Substrate: Clean, dry, and prime as required.

  2. Mix Thoroughly: Add powder to Latex Plus (no water) and mix at low speed until lump-free.

  3. Apply: Spread with a notched trowel (adhesive) or metal trowel (levelling compound).

  4. Allow to Cure: Follow recommended setting and traffic times.
