This versatile water-based emulsion ensures a strong, durable bond and is ideal for sealing gypsum plaster, screeds, and other absorbent substrates.

  • Fast Drying – Touch dry in under 1 hour; ready for overcoating in 2–4 hours at 20°C.

  • Underfloor Heating Compatible – Safe for use with heated screeds up to 35°C surface temperature.
